Allie Beth Allman & Associates is an independent luxury residential real estate brokerage based in Dallas, Texas, widely regarded as the dominant firm in the city's premier neighborhoods, including Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Turtle Creek, Uptown and Lakewood/East Dallas. Founded by Allie Beth Allman in the 1980s and reorganized as an independent company in 1993 after a brief period under Henry S. Miller and Coldwell Banker ownership, the firm became in 2004 the first single-office Dallas residential brokerage to reach one billion dollars in annual sales, and in 2021 recorded 3.8 billion dollars in annual sales, a company record. In 2016 the brokerage was acquired by HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, while continuing to operate under its own name and local leadership.
