Seattle, United States
Arrived is a Seattle-based online platform that lets individuals buy SEC-qualified shares of single-family rental homes and vacation rentals starting at $100 per share, alongside pooled funds including a Single Family Residential Fund and a Real Estate Income Fund that buys short-term residential loans. It was founded in February 2019 by Ryan Frazier (CEO) and Kenny Cason (CTO), who previously built the Y Combinator-backed DataRank, together with former Uber regional general manager Alejandro Chouza (COO). Backers include Bezos Expeditions, Forerunner Ventures, Neo, Core Innovation Capital, Marc Benioff, Spencer Rascoff and Dara Khosrowshahi, and the company has raised more than $60 million in equity across a $10 million seed (2021), a $25 million Series A led by Forerunner (2022) and a $27 million Series B led by Neo (November 2025). Alongside the Series B it launched a peer-to-peer Secondary Market that it bills as a stock market for real estate, which logged 57,000+ buy and sell orders in its first three weeks. As of late 2025 Arrived reported nearly 900,000 registered investors, $340 million+ invested and 550+ properties funded across 65 U.S. markets, and in 2025 it distributed $10.5 million in dividends while its Real Estate Income Fund grew loan assets to $80 million+.
