Assembly HOA

Glendale, United States

Assembly HOA (legal name Assembly Technologies Inc.) is a full-service homeowners association management company that pairs certified community managers with its own software, which automates invoice processing, board approvals, vendor payments, dues autopay and real-time financial reporting through Stripe-backed operating and reserve accounts. It targets the traditional HOA manager model of overworked, hard-to-reach managers and opaque financials, and it also sells a software-only product to self-managed associations plus a free AI copilot for homeowners called Atlas. The company was founded in 2022 by high school friends Allen Liou (CEO) and Shreyas Bharadwaj (CTO) after Bharadwaj was hit with a $35,000 special assessment weeks after buying his condo, and it went through Y Combinator's Summer 2024 batch. Public funding databases list about $2.3 million raised across a 2023 pre-seed and a roughly $2 million seed round in September 2024, with backers including Y Combinator and TwentyTwo VC. At its YC launch it managed 26 communities across Greater Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area, and it now runs its operations from an office in Glendale, California.
