Atlia

San Francisco, United States

Atlia is a full-service short-term rental property management company that runs Airbnb and Vrbo homes with AI agents handling guest messaging, pricing, cleaner scheduling, maintenance coordination and owner reporting, supervised by experienced operators. It attacks the traditional vacation rental manager model, which it says charges 15% to 30% of revenue plus fees, by charging a flat 10% management fee and claiming owners take home 10% to 20% more. Atlia was founded in 2026 in San Francisco by engineers Edmond Niu (formerly Rilla, S&P Global's Kensho and Vanguard) and Shaan Yadav (formerly an Apple GPU hardware designer), both of whom manage rentals themselves, and it is part of Y Combinator's Summer 2026 batch. At its July 2026 YC launch it was operating 80 properties, and its website now lists staffed local operations in Fort Lauderdale and San Diego. No funding beyond YC backing has been disclosed.
