Azata del Sol is the Spanish developer of the unfinished El Algarrobico hotel on the beach at Carboneras, Almería. It is majority owned by the holding company Azata Patrimonio, controlled by businessman José Domingo Rodríguez Losada, and has contested the annulment of the hotel's building licence.
