Breezy is building what it calls the first independent AI operating system for residential real estate agents, giving agents a single AI-driven workspace for client communication, transaction management, and daily workflow rather than relying on tools bundled inside a single brokerage's software. The Los Angeles startup was founded by top-producing agent James Harris and is backed in part by Afterpay co-founders Nick Molnar and Anthony Eisen. Breezy raised 10 million dollars in pre-seed funding, announced in February 2026 alongside its public launch.
