Crexi (Commercial Real Estate Exchange) is an online marketplace and data platform where brokers and owners list commercial property for sale and lease, run offers and auctions, and pull comps, ownership and market analytics. Mike DeGiorgio, an early commercial-division employee at Auction.com (now Ten-X), started the company in Los Angeles in 2015 after a deal that still required faxing and mailing paperwork to a leasing office. It raised an $11 million Series A led by Jackson Square Ventures in May 2018 and a $30 million Series B in January 2020 led by Mitsubishi Estate Company, Industry Ventures and Prudence Holdings, bringing disclosed funding to $55 million; no later priced round has been announced. Crexi says it has facilitated more than $1 trillion in transactions and 8.6 billion square feet of leases, and by July 2026 reported $2.74 trillion in property value marketed, 26 billion square feet listed and more than 23 million yearly users. In 2025 and 2026 it added a C-suite (CMO Sandra Carvalho, General Counsel Adam Greenberg and, in January 2026, CRO David Lee from SnapLogic), launched Crexi Vault document extraction, AI Market Analytics (April 2026) and an embedded Crexi AI suite (May 2026), and signed MLS partnerships including Stellar MLS and Realcomp.
