Dwelly

London, United Kingdom

Dwelly is a London-based AI-native roll-up of UK letting agencies: instead of selling software to agents, it buys independent lettings businesses, keeps their local brands and staff, and moves them onto its own AI operating platform for lettings, maintenance, rent collection and compliance. It was founded in 2023 by Ilya Drozdov (CEO), Dan Lifshits (CPO) and Dmitry Khanukov (CTO), former Uber and Gett operators, two of whom previously built and sold PIK Rent, a tech-enabled rental manager that reached more than 10,000 apartments; the team ran an agency in Hull for about 18 months before building the platform. Its first deals were Lime Property in Hull (about 1,000 homes, 2024) and Gallant Richardson in Colchester (December 2024), and by September 2026 its site listed 20 agencies, 16,500 properties under management and 18 UK regions, with ten acquisitions completed in 2026 alone. Dwelly raised a $93 million Series A in February 2026 (equity led by General Catalyst plus a Trinity Capital debt facility) and a $170 million Series B in July 2026 ($95 million equity led by EQT Growth and $75 million of debt from Trinity Capital). The company says each agent on its platform handles more than 300 units against roughly 100 at a traditional agency, and that its agentic maintenance workflow cut human time per task from about three hours to 15 to 20 minutes in August 2026.
