EliseAI
New York, United States
EliseAI builds conversational and agentic AI that automates leasing, resident communication, maintenance, renewals and delinquency work for apartment operators, plus scheduling and front-desk voice automation for healthcare practices. Minna Song and Tony Stoyanov founded the company in New York in 2017 under the name MeetElise, bootstrapped it for roughly two and a half years, and raised a $1.9 million seed round in 2019. It crossed a $1 billion valuation with a $75 million Series D led by Sapphire Ventures in August 2024, then raised a $250 million Series E led by Andreessen Horowitz in August 2025 at a reported $2.2 billion valuation, when it said it had passed $100 million in ARR and was used by 75% of the NMHC top 50 operators. The company's own site now cites $200 million in ARR, more than $400 million raised and use in 1 in 6 U.S. apartments. In August 2026 it was reported to be in talks to raise about $300 million at a $3.7 billion valuation led by a16z and Bessemer (not closed as of reporting), and in September 2026 it launched Apollo, a cross-platform agent that executes any task on the Elise platform from plain-language requests.
