Findigs
New York, United States
Findigs replaces traditional tenant-screening scores with an AI-driven leasing decisioning platform that returns a binary approve or deny decision based on an operator's own criteria, backed by a fraud guarantee on its underwriting. Across more than 400,000 units, customers have reported up to 80 percent fewer evictions and 90 percent lower delinquency than industry averages; multifamily operator McKinley reported a 46 percent decline in eviction rates in 2025 after adopting the platform. Findigs raised 32 million dollars in Series C funding in June 2026, led by RPM Ventures' Marc Weiser, bringing total funding to 80 million dollars, and added former Fannie Mae CEO Hugh R. Frater to its board.
