Haven AI is a New York startup that sells AI agents to residential property managers, starting with a 24/7 maintenance coordinator that answers tenant calls, triages emergencies, creates work orders and dispatches vendors, and a leasing agent that qualifies prospects and books tours over phone, SMS and email. It plugs into existing property management systems and is billed per door per month, positioning it as a replacement for outsourced after-hours call centers. Haven was founded in 2022 by Juan Burgos (CEO) and Satya Koppu (CTO) with Pranav Neyveli; Koppu and Neyveli previously co-founded PeerPal, a K-12 admissions platform sold to Graduway in 2021. The company went through Y Combinator's Winter 2023 batch, and PitchBook records a $500,000 accelerator round plus undisclosed seed (November 2023) and early-stage (October 2025) rounds with investors including Brickyard and Front Porch Venture Partners. Haven says its agents are live across tens of thousands of residential properties, and customers include Evernest, ResiHome, Dwell Properties and Real Capital Group.
