Hillwood Urban is the commercial real estate development arm of Hillwood, the Perot family's real estate company, focused on office towers, corporate campuses, and mixed-use urban development in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Built on more than three decades of the broader Hillwood platform's experience, the firm was selected as developer for Goldman Sachs' 800,000 square foot Dallas campus at NorthEnd, one of the anchor projects of the Uptown and Downtown Dallas financial district growth known as Y'all Street.
