The company was co-founded by Martha Stewart alongside home-services veteran Yih-Han Ma and chief technology officer Kyle Rush, and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Hint raised 10 million dollars in seed funding led by Slow Ventures, announced in May 2026, and launched nationwide on desktop and iOS in July 2026.
