Juniper Square
San Francisco, United States
Juniper Square is a San Francisco fund operations company that sells investor relations software, reporting tools and outsourced fund administration to private markets general partners. Alex Robinson, Adam Ginsburg and Yonas Fisseha incorporated it on February 20, 2014, originally pitching it as a way to automate the flow of capital into commercial real estate before expanding into private equity, venture capital and private credit. The company says more than 2,000 GPs, 40,000 funds, 650,000 LP accounts and $1 trillion of LP capital are managed on its platform, and private equity and venture firms now make up four of its five largest customers by revenue. It raised a $130M Series D led by Ribbit Capital in June 2025 at a $1.1B valuation, took a strategic investment from Nasdaq Ventures in September 2025, and has raised roughly $371M in disclosed equity overall. Since then it has bought Tenor Digital (private credit, October 2025) and Sightglass (AI due diligence questionnaire automation, April 2026), launched an AI CRM, a headless API version of its GPX platform and a fund admin oversight agent called Fay, and in September 2026 released Capital Intelligence with Nasdaq eVestment.
