Kiavi, formerly LendingHome, is a technology driven lender that offers bridge, fix and flip, DSCR rental and construction loans to real estate investors and builders. Matt Humphrey started the company in 2013 to build a better way to get a mortgage, and it is now led by CEO Arvind Mohan.
