Mozak is a Rio de Janeiro developer of high-end residences with signature architecture, active in the city's Zona Sul for about 30 years and led by president Isaac J. Elehep. In 2026 it bought the Jardim Pernambuco mansion in Leblon, listed as Brazil's most expensive house, to replace it with Estancia Pernambuco, a gated enclave of ten houses.
