Rentana
New York, United States
Rentana is an AI revenue intelligence platform for multifamily owners and operators that sets rents, flags lease turnover and surfaces revenue opportunities by combining public market data with an operator's own rental data. It pitches itself against legacy revenue management systems: onboarding takes minutes, price recommendations update in under a second, and each recommendation is meant to be transparent rather than a black box. The company was founded in 2023 by CEO Julie Blanc, a former venture investor, with a technical team from Stripe, Airtable, Patreon and Google (co-founders Patricia Li and Scott Takahashi, and CTO Benjamin Bayard). Blanc bootstrapped the business for about a year before raising a seed round of nearly $5 million, announced in May 2025 and led by Zigg Capital and Benchstrength. Published customer results include URS Capital Partners (about 2,500 units across 12 properties, with a reported 414% ROI and 8.2% sequential NOI growth) and Orion Real Estate Partners (a reported 350% ROI and pricing reviews cut from one hour to ten minutes per property per day). In August 2026 it made Ask Rentana, a natural-language AI analyst, generally available to all customers at no extra cost.
