Uniti

New York, United States

Uniti is a New York company that builds AI agents for real estate operators, handling leasing, customer service, maintenance, payments, collections and resident communications across voice, email, SMS and chat. Rather than replacing the property management system, it sits on top of it, integrating with more than 15 property management and CRM systems and deploying in 30 to 45 days, so an operator's existing playbook runs around the clock at every site instead of depending on staffed call centers and site teams. It was founded in 2023 by Yale classmates Francesco De Camilli (CEO), a former Bisnow COO who later worked at Knotel and Colliers, and Emre Altinok (CTO), a machine learning engineer. The company raised a $4M seed round led by Prudence in early 2025 and a $12M Series A led by Pathlight in July 2026, with MetaProp and Prudence participating, for $16M in total. In the 12 months before the Series A its self-storage footprint grew from 100 to 1,500 facilities and its manufactured housing coverage went from zero to more than 230,000 sites, and it now processes over 300,000 two-way conversations a month for clients including Regus, StorQuest, RHP Properties and Storage King USA. The company reports 306% net revenue retention and a 94% pilot-to-paid conversion rate, and headcount grew from 10 to nearly 40 in a year.
