The Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs (Úřad pro zastupování státu ve věcech majetkových, ÚZSVM) is the Czech state agency that manages and sells state-owned property. It took over Štiřín Castle from the foreign ministry in 2023 and has since put the estate through ten online auction rounds.
