Varuna is a commercial real estate investment platform, spun out of Hines Global Ventures, that gives accredited individual investors access to institutional-grade single-asset commercial real estate deals at a minimum investment of 10,000 dollars, alongside institutional developers who typically contribute roughly half of a deal's equity. Brokerage services are provided through North Capital Private Securities Corporation, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA/SIPC member, and Varuna earns fees only when investor returns surpass projections. Hines maintains a position on Varuna's board of directors as an investor in the spun-out company.
