Vendoroo is an AI maintenance coordination platform for property management companies. Its agents take a resident's maintenance request through intake, triage, troubleshooting, vendor selection, scheduling and follow-up, with human oversight for complex cases, replacing work that property managers traditionally staff with in-house maintenance coordinators; the company says it reduces manual coordination by up to 95%. Vendoroo was founded in 2024 and is led by CEO Reza Kesh, a Harvard PhD who says he was drawn to the problem by watching his father overspend on property maintenance, alongside CTO Yashar Babrzadeh and Chief Property Manager David Normand, the former CEO of RentVue. It is venture backed, with VitalStage Ventures and Rebellion Ventures listed as investors, but has not disclosed round sizes. Vendoroo says more than 500 property management companies use it, and in April 2026 it joined the Rent Manager Integrations Program and expanded into AI front desk operations alongside maintenance.
