Visio Lending

Visio Lending originates loans for rental property investors, for investors who buy and hold rental properties. It is the mortgage lending division of Visio Financial Services, and in 2025 it named Jenny Coupland CEO as its co-founders Jeff Ball and Matt Matza moved toward retirement.
