Virga Capital develops Turnrow

Turnrow (earlier called Silo in city filings) is a 115-acre master-planned community in northwest Bozeman zoned Residential Emphasis Mixed-Use, with rental and for-sale housing and a neighborhood commercial center. In 2023 Rob Lateiner agreed to set aside 5 acres for about 100 affordable units under covenant in exchange for $5 million of city ARPA-funded sewer infrastructure, and the city approved a preliminary plat with 146 lots in phase one in 2024.
