Ground-up 444-unit community in San Antonio's North Loop area on a 20-acre site, one of Vero Sade's first two new developments. Construction ran from fall 2022 to fall 2024 and the property opened in August 2024 under Kairoi Residential management, with a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse and month-to-month short-term lease options. Construction cost was not disclosed.
