The Real Deal reported in September 2023 that CAP filed state plans for a 29,000-square-foot building with 33 parking spaces at an estimated cost of $6.6 million (about $169,000 per unit). The CAP site now lists it as leasing, with a fitness center, lounge and coworking space.
