CAP Multifamily plans Gallery Rail District

The first of two CAP phases on Ash Street in Frisco's Rail District, designed to include an art gallery for local creatives. Community Impact reported in November 2024 that construction was expected to start by the end of 2024 with fewer than 35 units; the CAP site still lists it as coming soon.
