Brazos Residential acquired Clear Fork Trail and Trinity Oaks, two 1980s communities totaling 334 units in Benbrook, southwest of downtown Fort Worth, off-market in what it called the Benbrook Two-Pack. It was the firm's twelfth deal of 2022. The Brazos portfolio page lists Leander (168 units) and Lawson (166 units) in Benbrook, both built in 1980 and acquired October 11, 2022, which match the 334-unit total and are treated here as the renamed properties.
