Groundbreaking for the next phase of the New Carrollton Metro Station master redevelopment. This four-phase project includes 364 new affordable units, starting with 112 homes for seniors. It is part of a 2.3 million sq. ft. mixed-use hub integrated with WMATA Metro, Amtrak, MARC, and the future Purple Line.

To create sustainable, mixed-income communities by unlocking the value of underutilized public transit land (WMATA) and utilizing government subsidies (Affordable Housing, LIHTC) to meet the critical demand for affordable housing in high-cost, job-rich transit corridors.
