The Us Bayou Park owner, reported as Vero Capital operating the property under Vero Sade's Us Living brand, refinanced the 404-unit community with an $86 million package: a five-year $58.5 million senior loan from Benefit Street Partners and a $27.5 million mezzanine loan from Siguler Guff. A holdback funds further unit renovations.
