Phase 3 of the Health and Life Science Exchange (HELIX), a 42-story tower including a mix of residential, commercial office, lab space, and student housing. The deal represents the securing of a major state incentive to move forward with the project.

To establish New Jersey as a world-class life sciences and innovation hub by using large, long-term state tax credit programs (NJEDA Aspire) to fund massive, high-tech vertical development (lab/office space) that would otherwise be cost-prohibitive for purely private financing.
