The RGV Business Journal (September 22, 2026) described it as one of J19's first apartment-to-condo conversions as the firm eyes other Rio Grande Valley cities. Units are two-bedroom plans of 1,150 to 1,200 square feet with a pool and on-site laundry; purchase date and price were not disclosed.
