Vero Sade's first deal: a $91.3 million purchase of AMLI Residential's 404-unit City Vista, a four-story wrap building in Houston's Montrose area. The firm spent about $16 million renovating it between fall 2021 and fall 2023 and rebranded it Us Bayou Park, the first Us Living community.
