Virga Capital acquires Residence Inn by Marriott Boise West

Virga Capital bought the 104-key Residence Inn by Marriott Boise West, its first hospitality investment in Boise, in partnership with Boise-based manager Resolute Road Hospitality, which took over management. The business plan calls for interior and exterior renovation, and the portfolio page says the hotel is undergoing its brand PIP renovation. Closing date shown is the announcement date; price and seller were not disclosed.
