The second CAP community in Frisco's Rail District, at the corner of Oak and 2nd Street, with 30 one- and two-bedroom units over about 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Community Impact reported it under construction in November 2024, and the CAP site lists it as coming January 2026.
