Machine Investment Group acquires Stevens Creek Executive Park

Machine launched in August 2020 with the $54.5 million purchase of Stevens Creek Executive Park, a 9.23-acre site in San Jose with 164,986 SF of existing offices and entitlements for 582 multifamily units, 10,000 SF of retail and more office space. The site is less than two miles from Apple's headquarters and Santana Row. Machine bought it with JV partner Miramar Capital Advisors; the release described the close as occurring at launch.
