Machine Investment Group and Lionshead Capital Partners acquire the Atlanta Airport Marriott

Machine and hotel investor Lionshead Capital Partners bought the 641-room, 16-story Atlanta Airport Marriott on a 16-acre site next to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, with White Label Asset Management as asset manager. Rosenthal said the hotel was bought at a heavily reset basis with strong cash flow. The partners plan a renovation touching the facade, guestrooms, meeting space, food and beverage and technology.
