Brazos Residential acquires The Chelsea

Brazos Residential bought The Chelsea Apartments, a 280-unit community at 3008 Calvary Drive in Raleigh's North Hills area completed in 1985, off-market from Archway Holdings' ownership. It was Brazos's 10th North Carolina deal and 15th acquisition of 2022, and Roberts credited the team's brokerage background for avoiding a bidding process. The Brazos portfolio lists it as Anson at North Hills, acquired December 30, 2022 and renovated in 2023.
