Brazos Residential bought a 376-unit community in Wilson, North Carolina, about 45 miles from downtown Raleigh, for $41 million; Multi-Housing News dated the purchase to September 2022 and the Brazos portfolio lists it as Cameron, acquired August 31, 2022, built in 1974. Brazos says it bought the property off-market from the original developer.
