Culver Investment Partners acquires the Elle Collection

Culver Investment Partners and Ascendant Capital Partners bought the three-property Elle Collection near the Texas Medical Center for about $60 million. It was the first deal for CIP's platform and the first joint deal between the two firms, which planned a capital improvement program at each property. CIP's portfolio page dates the acquisition to February 2024 (month only); the deal was announced April 8, 2024.
