CAP Multifamily develops Beacon Rail District

CAP Multifamily's first Frisco project and the first apartment community in downtown Frisco's historic Rail District, at the corner of Elm Street and South County Road. It opened in August 2025 with a ribbon-cutting on August 15, with move-ins from mid-September; one- and two-bedroom units rent for $1,950 to $3,800 a month. Dual Workshops was the architect and Gordon Highland the general contractor.
