Machine Investment Group acquires 1010 Rincon Circle

Machine and Baudpont Capital bought 1010 Rincon Circle, a 90,871 SF Class A R&D flex office building in North San Jose, off-market from a private owner for $32.6 million. The building is fully leased to Quanta Cloud Technology, a subsidiary of Quanta Computer. It was Machine's second San Jose acquisition and sixth overall.
