Brazos Residential acquires Briarwood

Brazos Residential bought Briarwood Apartments, a 273-unit Fayetteville community completed in 1970, from Forum Real Estate Group, which had paid $13.7 million for it in 2018. The deal gave Brazos four Fayetteville acquisitions totaling more than 700 units. The Brazos portfolio lists it as Channing, acquired November 1, 2022 and renovated in 2022 and 2023.
