Vero Sade acquires 3700 McKinney Avenue (3700M)

Vero Sade bought the 381-unit Uptown Dallas tower from Brookfield Properties in February 2022 for $143 million according to Commercial Observer (The Real Deal's 2022 pipeline article put it at $100 million), financed with a $121.5 million Column Financial loan. It then ran a $15 million renovation adding a seventh-floor amenity deck and a coworking lobby, while the lender scheduled a July 2, 2024 foreclosure auction that the property avoided.
