Mixton Capital Partners and Inverlochy Capital Management acquire Crosspoint Oaks at Boerne

Mixton Capital Partners and Inverlochy Capital Management, a Greenwich, Connecticut family office, bought a 100-unit garden-style community at 125 Crosspoint Road in Boerne, in the San Antonio MSA, through an off-market process and rebranded it Crosspoint Oaks at Boerne. It was the first deal under the Mixton name and the first under a programmatic JV that plans to invest up to $100 million in Texas and Sun Belt multifamily. Planned work includes exterior and interior renovations and new amenities, with Anterra Management Corporation as property manager. The deal was announced May 29, 2025 as already closed; the exact closing day was not disclosed.
