Machine and LRC Properties bought 2 Dell Parkway, a 288,860 SF warehouse and office property on 32.7 acres in Nashville's Airport submarket, off-market for $36.23 million. The plan is to convert office space to industrial and add Class A shallow bay space, bringing rentable area to about 368,000 SF. The existing distribution space was fully leased with Amazon as anchor.
