Blue Owl, Chirisa Technology Parks and Machine Investment Group close Lancaster campus joint venture

Funds managed by Blue Owl Capital and affiliates of Chirisa Technology Parks and Machine closed a joint venture with $4 billion of funding for CoreWeave's AI data center developments in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The campus reuses existing vacant industrial buildings, and CoreWeave will lease the site. Rosenthal called it an adaptive redevelopment consistent with Machine's strategy of repurposing underused commercial properties; the $4 billion is total JV funding, and Machine's share was not disclosed.
