Virga Capital redevelops the Gallatin Laundry building

Virga Capital restored the historic Gallatin Laundry building in downtown Bozeman, which housed a laundry and dry cleaner from 1917 to 2018, and leased it to outdoor retailer Backcountry as a single tenant. Rob Lateiner turned the former service entrance into the main entrance and opened the rear space to the public; the store was reported as reopening in spring 2022.
