JLL Capital Markets is the investment sales, debt advisory, equity placement, and investment banking platform of JLL, the publicly traded global commercial real estate services firm known formally as Jones Lang LaSalle. Rather than a separately founded company, it is JLL own capital markets business line, executing investment transactions across property types including office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and hospitality for institutional and private clients worldwide. Richard Bloxam serves as CEO of Capital Markets Services, overseeing investment transactions, investment banking, and corporate finance globally, and sits on JLL Global Executive Board, where he also sponsors the firm Hotel and Hospitality, Valuations, and Research divisions.
