Mixton Capital Partners
Los Angeles, United States
Mixton Capital Partners is a Los Angeles-based multifamily investor run by brothers William and Steven Rojas, which operated as TRG Investments until a 2025 rebrand. William Rojas came from institutional real estate private equity (Rockwood Capital, Arc Capital Partners) and left his job in 2020 to run the family platform full time; Steven Rojas previously worked at LaTerra Development, CBRE and Eastdil Secured. The firm pairs that background with the family's in-house general contracting company, which William Rojas describes as its main competitive edge. Mixton buys 20 to 200-plus unit Class B or better apartments built in the 1980s or later, at $3 million to $50 million-plus, across Central Texas (Austin, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth) and Southern California, using opportunistic, value-add and core-plus plans. In May 2025 it launched a programmatic joint venture with Greenwich family office Inverlochy Capital Management that plans to invest up to $100 million in Texas and Sun Belt multifamily, starting with the 100-unit Crosspoint Oaks at Boerne near San Antonio.
