Prologis is the world's largest owner, operator and developer of logistics real estate, with roughly 1.3 billion square feet of industrial and warehouse space leased to around 6,700 customers across 19 countries. Founded in 1983 and headquartered in San Francisco, the company trades on the NYSE as PLD and is organized as a REIT. In February 2025 Prologis announced a leadership transition in which Dan Letter, previously President and Head of Global Operations, would succeed founder Hamid Moghadam as Chief Executive Officer, with Moghadam continuing as Executive Chairman.
